These 2 ladies have been long time friends and now they are on a mission to get in the best shape of their lives. With Eric's guidance and the assistance of their rescue dogs, the are on track to make it happen. Micha weighed in at 231lbs and though she gained weight this week she is not letting it discourage her. Using this as a learning opportunity, Micha is ready to get back on track this week.
