Abbie and Micha seem to be settling in nicely to their vegan diet. Micha ate out for almost every meal this week but still managed to find places to eat, free of animal cruelty and too much oil. Abbie is finding that switching to a plant-based diet hasn't been as stressful as she thought it would be and is enjoying finding new recipes to try. Abbie and Micha took a vegan Thai cooking class this week from Philip Gelb, a friend of Eric's. They found the recipes exhilarating and can't wait to go back to try more recipes and discover so much about their new food lifestyle. The girls also found a great website for those awkward wardrobe transitions throughout the weight loss process. They call it the "Netflix of Clothing".
