This week Micha went to a vegan based retreat and though they were vegan they used a lot of oils. Micha weighed in at 231lbs and though she gained weight this week she is not letting it discourage her. Using this as a learning opportunity, Micha is ready to get back on track this week. Abbie weighed in at 207.7lbs. She sent in several questions this week for Eric to answer. Abbie has some friends who have diabetes and she was telling them about her whole food plant based diet and they were asking her questions about how that works with diabetes and though she didn't have the answers, Eric steps up to the plate and tell us how diabetes and the diet.
