The director of the high school soccer tournament, Shelly Sutton of Aberdeen, is this week's guest. Sutton talks about the work that Aberdeen volunteers have done over the last several months in getting ready for the tournament. She also talks about how one goes about organizing a state tourney.

This week's guest is Nick Cochran, a South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department conservation officer based in Brown County. In most of South Dakota, the pheasant season starts Saturday and runs through Jan. 6, 2008. Cochran talks about the state's abundant pheasant population and the rules and regulations of the season such as shooting hours and possession limits.

This week's guest is Aberdeen's Sid Schroeder of the Yelduz Shriners. This week, Northern State will host the 52nd annual Shrine Football Game when the Wolves take on Moorhead at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Swisher Field in Aberdeen. Schroeder talks about the Shriners and their work with children, their relationship with Northern State and how this game helps the organization.

This week's guest is bowler Jackie Crady of Aberdeen, who talks about her sport and career. Crady recently bowled one of the highest three-game series (742) in the history of the Village Bowl in Aberdeen on Oct. 24. Bowling fans can watch Crady and some of the best bowlers in the area compete in the annual Battle of the Sexes Saturday at the Village Bowl in Aberdeen, starting at 7 p.m.

Northwestern football coach Eric Borge is this week's guest. Eric and his Northwestern Wildcats (10-1) will play defending champion Scotland (9-2) for the Class 9A Championship at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Eric talks about his team, his coaches and his background. Eric graduated from Northwestern High School and played baseball at Northern State.

This week's guest is Sisseton volleyball coach Cory Grimsrud. Sisseton is participating in its first-ever state volleyball tournament this weekend in Sioux Falls. Grimsrud talks about his seniors, their top-notch leadership and great performances on the court and in the classroom.

This week's guest is Warner volleyball coach Kari Jung. Kari and her team won the State B volleyball tournament in Sioux Falls on Nov. 17. Kari has built one of the best volleyball programs in the state over the last several years. Kari talks about her team, seniors, assistant coaches, program and supportive school and community.
