Democrats are adopting a playbook like that of activists in Ireland prior to the 2018 Irish abortion referendum. Now that Roe has been overturned, the pro-life movement must learn to combat the abortion movement's direct-democracy strategy.   The establishment pro-life movement has so far failed to see that the reason we lost in the midterms is that the American people don’t agree with us on abortion. Voters in California, Vermont, and Michigan on Tuesday approved ballot measures enshrining abortion into their state constitutions, while those in the red states of Montana and Kentucky rejected measures that would have restricted abortion. The University of California accepts millions of dollars each year in tax funding that supplies a steady stream of late-term fetal organs from pain-capable and viable children. These children are dismembered nearly half of the time without being euthanized. Research suggests that this results in born-alive infants in 50% of the cases.   The UC Regents oversees the entire University of California system and ensures the institution is functioning ethically. UCSF is violating fundamental human rights through its fetal organ harvesting and research policies. UC Regents need to be held accountable and change their dangerous policies.   Abortion alone is murder and barbarism. However, this is by far the most extreme and vile practice in American history.   Mark gets an update from AJ Hurley from Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust who is leading the effort to expose these atrocities. As usual, he parroted all the typical talking points and used the common euphemisms as the crowd of clapping seals approved.   His comments were full of lies, of course. However, to democrats, abortion is their blood sacrifice of the unborn children for pollical power. The midterm election is just weeks away, and the battle is white hot in key states across America. Today, Mark provides updates on the Michigan abortion amendment and the fight for control of the US Senate.   Christen Pollo shares how Prop 3 isn’t just about codifying Roe. It’s about sacrificing the children of Michigan — both born and unborn.   Under Prop 3, children will have a right under the Michigan constitution to walk into one of Planned Parenthood’s twelve so-called “gender-affirming” facilities in the state and, without parental knowledge or consent, obtain puberty blockers. Indications are abortion advocates will go to the polls in force on Nov. 8 as a response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Justice Samuel Alito, writing in Dobbs, was silent on whether unborn children are considered persons who have a right to life under the 14th Amendment. Justice Kavanaugh concurred stating the Constitution is “neither pro-life nor pro-choice.”   So, is the constitution neutral on abortion?   According to many legal scholars, it isn’t.   FACT: Laws and treatises recognized unborn children as persons at the time the Fourteenth Amendment was drafted.   Alexandra Snyder says, “It is incoherent that a living human being would be worthy of protection in one state and treated as nothing more than medical waste in another. There is no third category of living human beings who are not persons.”   While we are pleased that the SCOTUS overturned Roe, the decision of Dobbs V. Maison Des Champs is a rock climber that has recently started climbing skyscrapers to protest abortion. His goal is to raise $1,000,000 for pro-life charities and to inspire young people to speak out against abortion. After hearing news of Dr. Cesare Santangelo killing late-term babies in DC, he felt called to action.   As an experienced climber, Maison sees skyscrapers as a safe and creative/effective way to peacefully protest. In most states and cities, there are no laws against climbing skyscrapers. Usually, Maison is charged with some form of trespassing or disorderly conduct.
