Whoa dang! This show! I've heard of this show! I feel like I might've... seen this show? Or maybe I heard about it?? Wait, am I thinking of the right show?   Whatever! Conro & Jerry watched it! They have opinions on it! I think I'll just listen to this episode and see what they think. Maybe you should too!

The Persona games are not your traditional RPGs. There's no classes, like fighters, archers, or mages. There aren't any shambling skeletons summoned by dark necromancers. In fact, I'm beginning to suspect there aren't wizards in it at all. Why then, would you bother to play it? Conro & Jerry attempt to explain to Guest Brandon that, no no, seriously, a game where you simulate a Japanese high school student's school year is really great, even without any wizardry of any kind.

Space. The Final Frontier. We haven't covered Star Trek yet so that might not work for all of you but it still sounds good! Good enough for the developers of Mass Effect, a franchise known for two things: a bad ending and sexy aliens. So it has that in common with Star Trek, too! Not the ending part, really but- You know? Nevermind. Just listen to Conro & Jerry tell their special guest about the games. You'll never guess who he is or what famous sitcom he's from! But, he sure knows a lot about the Cosmos!

The Metal Gear franchise is one beloved by one and all, and recently the fifth and potentially final game has been released. Why, then, is nobody talking about it? And why would they never want to bring it up again before getting real sad? Conro & Jerry attempt to outline the plot, and propose some changes for a fictional game that might make them slightly less sad.

King of Fighters is a beloved fighting game franchise. But why? What makes this so different from other fighting games, like Street Fighter or Guilty Gear or Mike Tyson's Punch-out!!? Guests Keegan and David try to tell Conro & Jerry what makes this series more than just a Prince of Fighters.

Since 2009, Homestuck has been a daunting task to understand for anyone not in the know. Isn't it, like, about an MMO or something? You have to create an avatar with a candy corn horn set?? I don't know, and neither does our guest, Andrew, as Conro & Jerry attempt to explain, once and for all, what is Homestuck.
