Don't Make This About Me

Everyone has a story to tell. I am here to ensure those stories don't get lost or forgotten about. This show is a personal journal and an entryway into the minds of my guests. Each show is different and features music, interviews, skits and comedic banter.

  • DMTAM 83: Run Run Rudolph

    30/12/2016 Duración: 01h22min

This episode was one year in the making... so what's one more week? Sanchez and Mary Jane Watson reunite to tell the story of Keith Griffin. We go back in time to December 22, 2015 and relive the nightmare. The opinions expressed in this episode are exactly that. MJW and Sanchez go as in depth as possible on the timeline of events that led to the arrest of someone that injured and killed a child... and then tried to run. You'll hear that he didn't get that far. Thanks to Motorhead on the music. Once you are done here go to and subscribe to the Ring Ratz Pro Wrestling Gossip Show on iTunes!

  • Austin 3:16 20th Anniversary Tribute

    23/06/2016 Duración: 02min

June 23, 1996 changed the wrestling business forever. Austin 3:16 became a thing 20 years ago today. As a Stone Cold Steve Austin fan, I wanted to make a goofy tribute to the promo that I will perform as a monologue when I finally join the Actor's Studio. Or at the very least at the random stage at the Christiana Mall. Anywho, this is past and former guests reciting the Austin 3:16 in my car. Started this two years ago, kinda wish I did more. I'm just glad I got it done. Goodnight.

  • DMTAM 82: Viva Las Vegas

    27/03/2016 Duración: 54min

So Mary Jane Watson is making a break for it. Since she's such an integral part of the show, Sanchez wanted to share her story and why she needs to ditch this godforsaken area. Creative has nothing for you as they say. So Las Vegas it is! Why Vegas? Listen to the episode and if nothing else, take something away from this. Like get off the futon and go follow your dreams. Thanks Elvis. Sponsored by: Southwest Airlines

  • The Friendship Episode Revisited

    19/03/2016 Duración: 01h02min

This podcast was 7 months in the making. Mary Jane Watson had Sanchez over her place and he wanted to podcast. She obliged. They cranked out two podcasts and this is the first in what might as well be called a series. Sanchez brings up things going on in his life, in particular, his upcoming surgery. After 25 minutes of penis talk, they switch to friendship. It gets sappy for a minute, kind of intriguing actually. Its just friends talking about friends and the difference between male and female friends. Thanks to Queen on the music. This episode is sponsored by Sabatino's Italian Restaurant and Chesapeake Urology.

  • DMTAM 80: Overlapping Convo

    06/08/2015 Duración: 01h06min

Another fun group episode of the podcast! Dylan invited SANCHEZ over for dinner and fellowship with friends. We were joined by TJ, Ashley and new guest Erika. Topics of conversation range from Foo Fighters, food poisoning at Mayhem Fest, shooting yourself in the foot and Christian the Lion. Dylan's phone conversation in the background is on point and is great background music. Thanks to Rich Homie Quan on the music. @DMTAMpod on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and Vine.

Nick W. joins us this week as he takes SANCHEZ to Hunter's Sale Barn. The guys talk about SANCHEZ's recovery issues and his ongoing struggle with sobriety. Nick tells a story about a burglary. And of course, it wouldn't be a podcast if they didn't discuss food. A fun talk as usual. Thanks to Brian Wilson on the music.Check us out on Twitter: @DMTAMpodSponsored by: WrestleCrate,

  • DMTAM 75: Lost and Found

    24/04/2015 Duración: 01h06min

There's a lot going on with this episode. SANCHEZ deals with the loss of a friend. There is loss everywhere in many people's lives and we all find our own ways to deal with it. SANCHEZ and Boo have a conversation on the day they found out that a mutual friend lost her battle with cancer. They share memories and reckon with the facts of what the disease can do to the human body. After a couple breaks, SANCHEZ and Boo talk about the goings-on around town and share thoughts on things happening. SANCHEZ thought there wasn't going to be music but then decided to add music. Thanks to The Mountain Goats on the music. @DMTAMpod on Twitter.

Next, Tricky makes his return in a brief story about the reoccuring nightmares he has been having. Then, we finish off with two longer stories, one featuring Phil and the other featuring Dylan. Phil tells us about the time he was kicked out of Middletown, DE. Dylan tells the story about how totaling his car saved his life. It is my favorite and you don't want to miss it! @DMTAMpod on Twitter

So SANCHEZ spent the weekend in jail. He's got one down and one more to go. SANCHEZ asked Boo to join him so they could podcast about his experience and fill her in on what it's like to be a weekender at Cecil County Detention Center's Department of Community Corrections. SANCHEZ tells of the things he's seen at his grandmother's and great-grandmother's houses. Brother D scares us with a freaky story from when he was a young child. I got to catch up with him during one of his returns back home to Cecil County. Master Cooling founded the Order of Isshin Ryu on January 15, 1971 in an effort to keep his word to Master Shimabuku, who asked him to ". . .go back to the States and teach good Isshin Ryu for me, make happy family." Toby was nice enough to sit down with me at the dojo he built and started in Elkton, MD. We go through the early years, opinions on MMA, gun control and anecdotes on life.
