You may be tempted, but you don't have to give in. Jesus was tempted in every way but never sinned. In this Bible study we'll learn from His example how to be victorious over temptation. 

Don't skip the genealogies in scripture! All scripture is inspired by God and can speak to us if we listen. In Luke 3:23-38, we see that God has worked throughout history to unfold his plan for our salvation. He has kept His promise to Abraham and to David and He will keep His promise to us as well.  

Many people treat the Bible like a buffet: they take what they like and leave what they don't. However, if we are going to be disciples of Christ we must receive all of His teachings. The same Jesus that offers us forgiveness calls us to repentance. In this Bible study we'll explore what it means to repent and receive the forgiveness of God. 

What does it mean to be a Christian if not to follow Christ? When people model a less than perfect version of Jesus for us, we can look to Jesus Christ Himself. Jesus modeled faithfulness and obedience. 

Luke emphasizes the faith and obedience of Mary, Joseph, Simeon, and Anna. They saw the Christ because they were righteous people living in expectation of God's promise. Join me for this study as we explore how to be used by God. 

Luke tells us that our Savior, Christ the Lord has come. In this Bible study we'll unpack what that means for us today. One of the emphasis of Luke's Gospel is God's concern for the poor, the powerless, and the outcast. God has given us the church not so we could be served, but so that we could serve others. The irony is that we are served by serving others.  

Church can be difficult because it is filled with people who are not yet perfect. Paul modeled for us how to forgive people and to love them for the sake of the Lord and His kingdom. When we learn to serve God through serving people our whole perspective changes and what we once considered difficult we can now enjoy as fulfilling. 

God calls each of us to different ministries. He provides for us when we're in need and comforts us when we are in affliction. This message begins a study through 2 Corinthians which explores Paul's love for the church. 

God has given us powerful advice on how to work and save. In this study we'll discover how to avoid financial trouble and other pitfalls in life. 

Adultery may be fun, but it is never good. In this Bible study we'll hear from God about where adultery leads and how we can avoid it.

God meant for us to treasure wisdom and pass it on to another generation. When we begin to understand where wisdom comes from and what it can do for us, we will seek to acquire it and share with generations to come. 

God not only knows how life works, but He intercedes on our behalf when we seek to follow Him. One of the lessons of Proverbs chapter three is that God ways place us in favor with both God and man. 

One of the functions of wisdom is to keep us steered clear of disastrous decisions. In this study, we'll look at the value of wisdom and how it can lead us to a better life.
