Sport On

On our weekly school sport feature, Michael chats to head of sport at Potchefstroom High School for Boys who is also Leopards provincial coach Mohau Mohlahleli about the sport programme at the school. The show also covers another sport for the first time, sailing. The president of Sailing South Africa Michael Robinson joins us for that conversation. 

The weekly on the money feature covers the importance and the need for public relations in sport and Michael is joined by head of PR at Levergy Koketso "KK" Gaofetoge to unpack this topic.  The show is also joined by Craig Van Der Wath who is the tournament director of the PSA Assore Series, the squash tournament that will be taking place as the year unfolds. 

Recapping the weekend, Tshepang Mailwane chats to Michael to look back at the first leg semi final of the CAF Champions League involving Sundowns. The Professional Fighters League also took place and the bantamweight main event winners Nkosi Ndebele joins us to reflect on his victory. Plus Mike Green - golf correspondent chats Masters, the first major of the golfing year. 

On the show tonight, Michael chats to former Proteas T20 spinner Eddie Leie in our autobiography feature. The team from pickleball in the country also join the show to talk things about this fast growing racquet sport.

On the show tonight, Michael goes on the money where we explore the business of sport and CEO of Nine Courts, a company that specializes in construction of tennis courts amongst others. The CEO Wayne Meiring takes us through the process of construction such courts. 

Tonight, Brian Mofokeng chats to Tresor Penku, Head of La Liga Africa explains the LaLiga and Royal Bafokeng Sports (RBS), joint announcement of the launch of the Royal Bafokeng Sports LaLiga Academy, We are also joined by Vivian Lottering - Gauteng Sports Confederation to hear the development plans and making sports available across the province.
