Welcome to OHMpod - Online Healing Meditations Podcast. I'm Meegan Care your meditation guide, Craniosacral Therapist and Mindfulness Meditation teacher. These guided meditations are here to help you with your health, well-being and spiritual evolution. The meditations are designed to be done in a sitting upright relaxed posture with your eyes closed if you're willing. If you experience a lot of fatigue or pain then please do these meditations lying down and really rest your body. To find out more go to OHMpod.nz. (Obviously do not listen to the meditations if you are driving or doing anything else that requires your concentration.)
