Sinopsis
Interviews with senior leaders and experts in the public sector to find out what the primary action is to improve and transform services in the NHS, local government, government departments, agencies and all across the public sector. Improving services to the public is the only sustainable way to cut costs but what is the first thing to do, where should a leader start? We try to answer this question by asking those who have been there, done it and have specialist expertise in this field. In trying to Beat the Cuts, we must improve public services, but the key what to do first. What is the Prime Domino that naturally starts to topple all the others?
