In this C3 Movement Update Ps Joel Burden (Saints Church KL, & Global Academy Lead) guides us through all things ‘C3 Church Global Academy’. In 2024 a new leadership training pipeline, called the Academy, was launched to help local C3 churches to develop leaders within their context. Now in its 3rd year, Ps Joel sits down with some current Academy coaches, pastors and graduates to share stories, and reflect on the incredible fruit it’s producing in churches across the global family. The Academy is a holistic leadership training course with a multifaceted approach featuring crafted video content, guided group sessions, accountability and apprenticing frameworks; underpinned by Senior Minister Coaching Cohorts. It is leadership development and spiritual formation, soaked in C3 culture, all wrapped into one!
