    Natalin Hammond is the widow of HEMS Pilot Chad Hammond who was killed in the March 26th, 2016 crash along with flight paramedic Jason Snipes, flight nurse Stacey Cernadas and patient Zach Strickland.     Dr. George Koenig presented at the ECHO Annual Conference in 2017 addressing trauma and the standards to what is done during the "critical times" after injury to a patient.
