Elizabeth began by explaining to RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey about why it is so important to make sure we are getting enough vitamin D. Then to talking about why we all seem to feel better in the sunshine and whether that is due to vitamin D and does vitamin D help with depression at all. Elizabeth ended by giving some great advice around making sure we are drinking enough water to keep hydrated in the hot weather.
