Rebecca, Ruth, Esther, & the proverbs 31 were beautiful as the Bible describes them. However, their beauty came second place to their faithful, loving, noble, courageous, wise, and generous character. You see though Rebecca was beautiful, if she didn’t do what the servant had asked in his prayer to the Lord, she wouldn’t have been chosen to be the wife of Isaac. You see though Ruth was beautiful, if she didn’t treat her mother-in-law with love and respect, If she didn’t work with passion in the grape field, if she was unkind to her co-workers, she wouldn’t have received favor from Boaz & became his wife. The proverbs 31 woman, was not a crown to her husband because of her looks, but because of her prudence. When you have these characters & you walk them out genuinely, you’re the most attractive person and the one who recognize that about you, will refuse to pass up the opportunity to pursue you. Proverbs 18:22: “ He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD.” YOUR ARE THE PRIZE…. THE FAVOR SOMEONE HAS BEEN PRAYING FOR. I’ve been meditating on this scripture this week. Last year, on July 27, 2019, the Holy Spirit made it stood out to me while I was in prayer & studying the word. Guess what? One year later to the date, my journal opened to this entry randomly. It’s no coincidence! God has heard our prayers and sees our faith. Don’t cancel 2020 just yet. Wait on God... He is faithful!
