This week, while the country memorialized our fallen heroes, Julie & Brandy finally accepted that Corona is here to stay by introducing a permanently temporary, new segment called, "This Sh*tty Week in Corona."  The segment is nothing but depressing bullet points, just begging to be fast-forwarded.  After that they tell a rage-inducing tale about how the nation's Senate Majority Leader is quietly helping the republican party to take ownership of the Judicial Branch of government via the federal courts.  Not wanting to leave their 14 listeners with a gross taste in their mouths, the girls offer a wonderful palate cleanser in the form of Meghan McCain and her annoying recreational outrage directed (this time) at Chris Cuomo & his brother, NY Governor Andrew Cuomo).  The episode is, by no means, a deep dive, but sometimes a quick dip into the shallow end is all you need to get your life.  *********************************************************************************************************************

After spending the last 48 hours sequestered on a cruise ship, drunk, with zero wireless, Julie & Brandy rushed to their hotel in beautiful, historic, downtown Sydney, only to find that it's in a converted 19th century hospital with brick walls. What's wrong with brick walls, you ask? They echo. And they're not conducive to recording podcasts. So, ever the consummate professionals, the girls built a sound-fort, inside a closet, using comforters and pillows- with barely enough room to stand (nose to nose) holding their laptops. It is in this position that they break down the status of the democratic candidates heading into Super Tuesday and replay some highlights from Anderson Cooper's 60 Minutes interview with Bernie Sanders. On Friday, Ted Lieu tweeted the clapback heard round the world and Mike Pence wrote an obnoxious op-ed in the Wall Street Journal that drove comedian Brad Loekle to leave him a rage-filled voicemail.
