Leech, who was an intern at the NCAA in 1998, ended up spending 17 years at the national office before taking a job at the NFL. In our interview with Leech, he shared what the NCAA internship program did for him, his perspective on his time as a college athlete, and how to improve diversity at leadership positions at all levels of sports.
