My great friend, Ryan Bondy, played the lead role of Elder Price in the hit musical, The Book of Mormon, for over five years. He recently moved on from the show. We talked about the highs, the lows, and adjustment to the next chapter of his life after five years, 1000 shows, and 2.5 million people entertained. 

I chatted with the wonderful Erica Rhodes, who just returned to LA after a month of performing on the road. We had a great chat. Be sure to check out her hilarious album, Sad Lemon. 

Frank Cronin is an Irish lad who nows calls Los Angeles home. On top of being a funny guy, he is also very generous. He has made a huge impact on many people (myself included) with his "Rough Set" endeavor, in which he walked hundreds of miles across California and Ireland, sleeping outside the whole time, raising money for organizations benefitting homeless people. It was a pleasure to chat with him.

My buddy, Abdullah Saeed, stops by da crib. We talk about his passionate involvement in the cannabis community, growing up in Thailand, the global powers that control us all, and other lighthearted fare. He's a funny dude and we had a great time. Thanks for listening!
