Let's use $400,000 to keep the math easy. On average, that would gross the listing agent $12,000. Let's say the net profit to that listing agent is $9,600 on that transaction after fees, etc. $9,600 x 22 = $115,200. That's a good reason to list and sell 22 homes in 2022.
