19/08/2012 Duración: 47minAndrew Cowell 19/08/12 Key Verses: Ephesians 6:10-13 “Sooner or later every believer discovers that the Christian life is a battleground, not a playground, and that he faces an enemy who is much stronger than he is - apart from the Lord.” The Existence of Spiritual Warfare The Holy Alliance of Spiritual Warfare What is the key to victory in Spiritual Warfare? “You cannot fight supernatural battles the natural way. Spiritual Warfare must be fought the spiritual way. And the spiritual way is the Scriptural way.” From Ephesians 6:10-13 believers learn that there are two basic keys for experiencing God's PROTECTION in Spiritual Warfare: 1. The Gospel
08/08/2012 Duración: 31minPhillip Gummerson 5/08/12 Key Verses: 1 John 1:1-2:2 1 John 1:1-4 Jesus as fully God is the perfect sacrifice. Jesus as fully man is the perfect substitute. 1 John 1:5-7 God is pure, like light dispels darkness. He will not let sin ruin heaven like Adam and Eve's sin ruined Eden. 1 John 1:8-10 If we think we are sinless we are kidding ourselves. Even the "smallest" sin is offensive compared to God's standards. No amount of good undoes any bad we have done. 1 John 2:1-2 While sin is unacceptable to God, so is the fact that we will remain his enemies. So God sent our only hope, Jesus, the perfect, sinless, substitute. His death satisfies the requirements of justice and also removes our sin. This is available for anyone who chooses to accept the free offer.

God's Only Son Purchased Eternal Life
03/06/2012 Duración: 28minKen Harding 3/06/12 Key Verses: Matthew 9:9-13 THE GOSPEL The Gospel is the GOOD NEWS the Jesus came into the world to save sinners like us. The Gospel is bad news because it tells us that we are lost and separated from God forever, without hope and with despair in our future. (Luke 19:10) The Gospel is better news because it says that God loves us and wants us to be saved, but how can this be because we have all sinned and offended God? (Romans 5:6-11) The Gospel is the best news because Jesus took our place, died for our sins and God will now forgive all who come to Him through the Lord Jesus. (John 3:36) The truth of the Gospel includes the lost state of all mankind, the love, mercy and grace of God, the atoning sacrifice (propitiation) of the Lord Jesus and the call to all to repentance and faith in Christ.
