The Bible gives the answers to the last days and the days we are in right now. Gabriel is the one speaking and giving this prophecy in Chapter 9:20-27. He is telling Daniel what will happen to God’s land and God’s people in their future. So prophecy is for the main part all about Israel and how the rest of the world relates to Israel. So keep your eyes on Israel and the players involved with them and you will know what’s going on. America is not the center of Bible prophecy.

Matthew 24:10-12 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Isaiah 65:17-25 A Great day is coming where we will see peace on the earth between all creatures and man and God. Jesus Christ will rule and reign one thousand years.

Daniel 9:1-19 Daniel prays for His people that they might be forgiven for their sins as they prepare to return to Israel.

What was his problem? We think the elder son in the prodigal son is the bad guy in the story. But is he? We are going to take a look at the story and see if the elder son has a true gripe.

Daniel chapter 8 requires and explanation to Daniel. But even the explanation doesn’t clear it up for him. Bible prophecy cannot be clearly seen until the time is near for that prophecy to be fulfilled. We understand it looking back. But Daniel had no idea what this vision was about. It was important because an Angel, the angel of all Angels Gabriel came and explained it to him for verification that it would happen for sure. It is amazing in its accuracy that should prove to us that the Bible truly is the word of God!

We love our children, our grandchildren, and our favorites sports teams and our favorite food and drink. We love our favorite drug of choice and we love our sin of choice. Not everyone loves their country. Not everyone loves their spouse, or their extended family. Not everyone loves their jobs. Not everyone loves their homes. Not everyone loves their life and where they are in life. And sadly, not everyone loves God or His word. Who and what you truly love says a lot about you. Jesus told us that you can be disqualified from following Him by not loving Him more than anything else in the world. Is Jesus being strict and unreasonable, arrogant and cruel or is He actually showing His great love for us by saying this?

Daniel Chapter 8 contains another prophecy given to Daniel. This one is about the recent future in the 3rd century BC to about 150 BC. Chapter 7 was about the end times mostly. A little horn will come forth and do great harm to the people of God, the Jews and the temple. He is not the antiChrist but a precoursor to the anti-Christ to come.

This is one of the greatest combacks found anywhere in Scripture. Of which there are many. Jesus Christ IS coming back. Israel made three comebacks. Egyptian Slavary, Babylonian captivity and 1948 after the holocaust. And one to come at the return of Christ! Habakkuk had faced the frightening fact that his nation would be invaded by a merciless enemy. The prophet knew that many of the people would go into exile and many would be killed. The land would be ruined, and Jerusalem and the temple would be destroyed. Yet he told God that he would trust Him no matter what were to happen. A man spent his life running from God living only for himself and his wants and desires. One day he lost everything he had….. his wealth, his family, and his home. Then God told him…Now do I have your full attention? Sometimes Christians can lose their wealth, their family, and their home. What is God telling them? Yes you lost these things, you suffered great pain and loss, but I’m giving you a comeback better than yo

Baal or Baalim was the name of the supreme god worshiped in ancient Canaan and Phoenicia. The practice of Baal worship infiltrated Jewish religious life during the time of the Judges (Judges 3:7), became widespread in Israel during the reign of Ahab (1 Kings 16:31-33) and also affected Judah (2 Chronicles 28:1-2). The word baal means “lord”; the plural is baalim. In general, Baal was a fertility god who was believed to enable the earth to produce crops and people to produce children. Asherah, or Ashtoreth, was the name of the chief female deity worshiped in ancient Syria, Phoenicia, and Canaan. The Phoenicians called her Astarte, the Assyrians worshiped her as Ishtar, and the Philistines had a temple of Asherah (1 Samuel 31:10). Because of Israel’s incomplete conquest of the land of Canaan, Asherah-worship survived and plagued Israel, starting as soon as Joshua was dead (Judges 2:13). The door to life you would think would be large and accommodate all people of the world. But that is not the case. It can accommodate all the people of all time… but it is narrow. And few find it. Why is that? Jesus tells us why.

Very few people today are faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ. Even fewer are watching for Him! The globalist elite have laid out their agenda very clearly. They are faithful to this new world order, this world economic reset, the agenda of 2030 and the Georgia guidestones that call for a new world order with a greatly reduced population so the planet can survive. They are not only patiently setting this up (it has taken almost 100 years) but they are watching for it to occur at any moment when their savior will appear. Who is their savior? The anti-Christ! Who will lead the world into this great utopia with no god but man and accountable to a group of global elites….. the ten horns and the ten kings of the dragon.

Daniels vision or dream of chapter seven verses 1-14 is explained to Daniel in Verses 15-27. What a glorious God we have who lays out the end time scenario for us. All we have to do is read it and understand. God promised that those will understand who follow Him. Daniel 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

It’s not good math but it’s correct theologically. Evolutionists use even worse math. They believe nothing plus nothing equals everything! Faith plus nothing equals Everything! Jesus came and lived and died and rose again for our salvation. All we have to do is believe it by placing our faith and trust in Jesus Christ. That’s all we have to do to be saved! But many in the world cannot accept this. They want a part of the process. They want to do something in order to earn God’s favor. The Galatians were falling to this as we see in our text today.

Ancient of Days is a term used only in Daniel Chapter 7. It represents God in His glory. Jesus Christ is God so the references here are to Him and the Lord of glory! Daniel sees this great vision of the glorified Son of Man…the Lord Jesus.

The Bible is about the redemption of man by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible explains how we got to this point of salvation by grace alone through faith alone. God created the world. He created a people to introduce Himself to the world. He sent a Savior to save the world. And when the fullness of time is come….He is coming back to rule the world. Mankind sinned. So we can never be good enough to save ourselves from our sin problem predicament. We need to become sinless and holy. Impossible!! But with God all things are possible!

Daniel 7:1-10 Daniel has a dream of four creatures and ten kings. The four creatures are the Babylon, Medio-Persia, Greece and Roman empires. The ten kings are ten elites, or nations or power groups that will arise in the last days. One of the kings will start out small but rule the others eventually. This is the beast, the Anti-Christ, the man of sin who will rule the world during the seven years of tribulation.

What is the New Jerusalem? Where is the New Jerusalem? Who will occupy the city? We will find out what the Bible says in this message. Revelation chapter 21 is almost entirely dedicated to this place.
