Fresh off of our trip to BrickWorld Chicago and the Bricklink roundtable, Scooter's Bricks is back, with a higher quality podcast, and a ton of news!

Today's episode focuses on the single most crucial element of any store's survival: THE CUSTOMER. The customer is who buys your product. The customer is who gives you good or bad feedback. The customer is who either returns to buy more, or tells their friends to never buy from you. Respecting and caring about the customer is something every seller should be doing. Today's podcast focuses on building a store based around your customer, so that you can draw in even more buyers to your store. Remember: we're not just selling LEGO here--we're selling ourselves! Keep the customer in mind with everything you do, and you will succeed.

Today we talk about the future! The future of your LEGO-themed business, that is. We look at what you want as your eventual goal, and discuss how to reach those goals. While you may have one thing in mind as your eventual store design, you may have to pay some dues and put in a lot of grunt work along the way. We also talk about storage - how to design your store in a way that you can get the parts you need as quickly as possible, and satisfy your customers while saving time as well!

Today I sit down with my wife Ashley and two of our friends who have seen the new LEGO movie, now in theaters. WARNING: There are A LOT of spoilers in this review, so if you have not yet seen the movie, you may want to wait before listening.
