Chicago PD Homicide! Richard Rybicki retired from the Chicago Police Department after 29 years of service. Eric Tung has been a police officer in Washington state for 16 years.  He currently serves as a patrol operations commander in Kent, WA.  He also oversees peer support and wellness programs at his department and collaborates regionally with other police wellness leaders.
