UK correspondent Rich in Northants joins me for a comparison and update on the situation in England with panic buyers, lack of sports, jobs, the elderly, the media and much more that's got to do with the f***ing COVID virus.

I bloody damn forgot I had thing thing, so naturally I'm going to use and abuse it again. People are hoarding toilet paper, cleaning out aisles, bored with what's on Netflix and all because someone wanted to eat a bat...or a virus was man-made in a lab I don't know. 

Sometimes fans can be downright c***s. Sometimes footballers can be lazy pricks. In the extreme cases, both can be - some would say - in the wrong from what is said and how it is received. In wake of the Xhaka/Arsenal situation I got thinking on whether fans have become entitled to players performing or whether players need a mental break at times. I turned the mic on, clicked record and went at it.

Constant selfies everyday aren't as appealing as one may think, especially when it makes you look like it's the 11th hour and you're in desperate need.

You can't make this up. Men have financial issues when it comes to finding a woman for potential marriage (should they choose to do so) and it's spun as "women affected". Women are now finding it hard to find a man for marriage who has something going for them (i.e. have a good job and make good money). Dave Chappelle gives zero f***s in his new stand-up special "Sticks and Stones" and it's got a lot of the elite progressives huffing and puffing their breaths away. The people love him, the critics don't and that sums up entertainment today with the cultural war and political climate.

It's been a while since I've gone to a news rant/opinion. Mario Lopez spoke out against parents who support their three-year old kids deciding to be transgender and is Baltimore really rat and crime infested? Are facts racist?

I don't delve into my personal life, but this is something I thought should be shared and hope that it helps others who may need it. I suffered a panic attack for the first time in my life a few days ago and it's not something that should be kept quiet.
