This Easter walk consists of 12 Chapters and lasts 40 minutes. You will be asked to interact with and meditate on portions of scripture, spoken word, and poetry which were all written concerning the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The walk will begin and end at the same point. It is our hope that you will be blessed by this experience during Holy Week.

Idolatry is at the heart of a life that looks to the law instead of the gospel. The law, or any sort of law, attaches us to rules that have a deeper meaning in that laws are designed to arrange our hearts for affection, worship and love. To add laws is to add false worship to the Christian life. These rules are managing for other outcomes than that which God would choose for us.

We are no longer under the custody of the law but we are children of God heirs according to the promise of scripture.

Why has God given us rules? And what is the purpose of the law? How can they help and how can they hurt?

We do not grow in our faith by obeying laws, but by believing the gospel.
