    Being serious about getting in shape can put you into a quandary. What is better cardio or weight lifting? In this episode Sharp Best Health is trying to resolve the strength vs. cardio conundrum, by examining both training styles and the health benefits their offer. Fitness program schedule recommended by the American Counsel on Exercise:An ideal fitness program should include 30-60 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise (5 per week) or 20-60 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise (3 days per week) and at least 2 strength training sessions on two non-consecutive days each week. You should always consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.
