They took on the ultimate Today FM quiz! The latest inductee's into the Today FM hall of fame are presenters Louise Cantillon and Peter Collins. Dermot and Dave decided that we all need to get to know them a little bit better and they tested their Today FM knowledge.

Garry Hoey and the lads are heading off to Istanbul this week to play for Ireland in the 2022 Amputee Football World Cup. Garry Hoey from Dundalk plays for the Irish amputee Soccer Team and he joined Dermot and Dave to tell them about Ireland’s quest for glory.

Sometimes it’s nice to watch something really bad, have a bit of a laugh and forget about the world. There’s probably nothing better to watch in this case than ‘Cats’. The 2019 film was a commercial and critical failure and has entered into the ‘so bad it’s good’ lore. Thankfully, you can be your own judge of that. In Pamela’s Telly with Eimear, we heard when you can cat-ch this terrible film, and all the weekends telly!

He is one of the country’s most beloved musicians and he holds the coveted title of the biggest selling album ever in Ireland. David Gray is an honorary Irish man at this stage and his album White Ladder is still a fan favourite in Ireland. Earlier this year he played three sold-out shows at the Three Arena in Dublin, which were all recorded and feature as part of a new documentary for Sky Arts. David joined Dermot and Dave to chat all about it.

Comedy is back, properly! In October, Galway will be full of the craic with the return of the full Galway Comedy Festival. With over 100 acts over one week, there won’t be a giggle left ungiggled. And sure it wouldn’t be the same without our own Andrew Maxwell. Andrew joined Dermot and Dave to chat rugby, Ex on the Beach and what on earth Krakatoa means!

If you haven't seen Sleep Yeller on Instagram yet, I recommend you go for a look. For Dave's World, Dave brought us some more internet magic and introduced us to Sleep Yeller. The poor man has a terrible time sleep talking and he has documented it all on his Instagram page - @sleepyeller. The results are hilarious.

Farming can be a lonely job, it’s remote and the hours are brutal. So what better time to try and set up some single farmers than at the biggest agricultural event of the year. Matchmaker Mairead Loughman from LoveHQ is once again hosting her ‘The Farmer Wants A Wife’ event at the National Ploughing Championships. Mairead joined the lads from Ratheniska where she explained how she’ll be pairing up potential lovebirds and shared her tips for farmers looking for love.

When 'Serial' was released in 2014, it became a worldwide phenomenon. The true crime podcast told the story of Adnan Syed who was in prison for the murder of Hae Min Lee. Since the release of the podcast, there's been a huge amount of debate around his conviction and now, Adnan Syed has been released after 22 years. Sean Reidy took Dermot and Dave through the incredible story that led to the courts decision and the role 'Serial' and other podcasts had in freeing Adnan Syed.

You know when you have your other half parents over and it’s all ‘best face forward’? What happens when it all goes wrong. In ‘What’s the Story’, comedian Emma Doran explained why you should always keep the dog in!

While they're certainly practical, we can't imagine a rom-com that has a main character getting a bin as a present. For Isabel Whelan in Kildare, it's just the latest in a long line of gifts from her 'Practical Paul'. Isabel joined Dermot and Dave to explain how she's gotten everything from decorative bark and even some decorative gravel.

Like it or hate it, Kim Kardashian wearing one of Marilyn Monroe's most famous dresses was one of the most talked about moments of the year. And now, we'll finally get to see how it all happened. Shane from Mayo built a guitar for the country music legend and he thanked him in front of a full Croke Park!  Shane Davitt from Westport in Mayo joined Dermot and Dave to chat about his very eventful weekend.
