We all know our doctors get pressed for time. What can you do to optimize your visits and medical care?

Diseases are usually easy to identify, and sometimes easy to treat. Some health concerns however have multiple factors affecting them, and some are "pre-pathological" meaning more preventable. What does all this mean and how can it help my health to understand this?
