Patricia Elayne Action, Patty or Patsy to those who knew her best, was a 25 year old from Clearwater, FL. Patty and her husband had recently split up but she was eager to start her life over in the city where she grew up. On May 26, 1978, she went to a local Ramada Inn lounge with some new co-workers. After a few minutes there, she got up to use the restroom. Troy Galloway was a 34 year old from Sonora, CA. He was a Marine and dedicated father. On January 13, 2016, he and his wife got into an argument about him relapsing into drug use—although to this day there is no proof of that. She claims he then stormed out into the cold night, not taking their car. He was never seen again. Lauria Bible and Ashley Freeman were teenagers from Oklahoma. They’d gone to elementary school together. And although they went to different high schools, they remained close friends. Linda Kay Carroll was the mother of two living in Crestview, FL. She was very artistic and as the oldest child, had enjoyed babysitting her younger siblings. On September 25th, 1984, she had gotten home from work in the early evening. A few hours later, residents reported hearing a scream in Linda’s neighborhood.
