Kinsey Casey currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the City of Pittsburgh under Mayor Bill Peduto. She comes to the City of Pittsburgh after serving as the inaugural Chief of Staff at Emerge America, a national nonprofit that trains Democratic women to run for office. Previously, she served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Chancellor of the University of Pittsburgh.
