For the month of December, we will take our cues from both the Winter season, and the regular host's enforced time of self healing to spend some extra time with Linda Means, PhD, LMT and really explore the role of Self Healing in the healing process. Linda is a former research scientist who developed two types of cancer, and cures herself with these exact attitudes and techniques. A lifelong yoga practitioner, Linda is now an Esalen and Oncology Massage Therapist and holistic health coach. Her article on Oncology Massage appeared in the Fall issue of the print magazine.
