    Great news I have been selected to race the Patagonman in Dec 2018 along with Chris Stirling and Lucy Gossage. On this show I chat to the event organiser about this unique event in South America. I also catch up with Chris Stirling for his reaction at being selected. The race received a huge response from around the world with the UK being the second largest number of entries for the lottery. 20 athletes from the UK have been selected to race.

    It was great catching up with Richard Stannard AKA "the fish". He was British triathlon champion in 2001, aquathlon world champion in 2003, 2006 and 2011 and biathle world champion in 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2012.Richard has been in the triathlon game for over 20 years and is still training and racing at the highest level. Richard is the current British Masters record holder in the 200m free, 400m free, 800m free and 1500m free categories. A top chap!

    This was a real privilege and the first time I've had the oppertunity to chat to a 2 x Olympic gold medalist - Helen Glover MBE. We do chat a little about rowing, but as you'll find out Helen isn't too shabby at the 70.3 triathlon distance. In her first 70.3 race she came 2nd in her AG at Ironman Weymouth, and to be fair she didn't have a bloody clue what she was doing. Brilliant interview, amazing woman and inspiration to all.

    Eimear Mullan is no stranger to the Ironman and 70.3 podiums. The reason you've not heard from Eimear for a while is she has battled with an injury thats kept her out of the sport for almost 3 years. However, on her first outing at 70.3 Xiamen she only went and bagged it by just 12 seconds. True class from a tenacious individual and athlete.

    Lauren Brandon is a former NCAA All-American swimmer from the University of Nebraska. Lauren began her triathlon journey racing Olympic distance, but changed to longer races in 2015. She made the move to full Ironman races in 2016 and ended her season with a 2nd place at Ironman Cozumel. Her strong swim/bike combo has become one of the best in the World. She's also a lot of fun!
