According to tax records from 2017 Chick-Fil-A donated $2,500 to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a  group that has targeted Christian organizations in the past by categorizing groups that disapprove of same-sex marriage as  “hate groups.” Each year we get what is called the "Wastebook" report. Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez declared during an interview that Democrats were at “the point of no return” on impeachment and that she believes that President Donald Trump “clearly believes in eugenics.” The school board of District 211 in Illinois voted last week, in a 5 – 2 decision, to allow biological males into the female locker room at Palatine High School. Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick is receiving special treatment from the NFL, who has organized a private workout for the famed anthem-kneeler and all NFL teams have been invited according to a memo obtained by ESPN. The Austin Independent School District has drafted a sex education curriculum that teaches children sexually explicit material, how to obtain abortions, and how to get to an abortion clinic without a parent’s help, among other topics. Seth Dunlap, an openly gay sports host on WWL New Orleans, claimed that the radio station tweeted a homophobic slur at him in September and allegedly demanded $1.8 million from the station, threatening to go “scorched earth” over the tweet. The radio station has fired Dunlap claiming that he wrote the tweet, and law enforcement officials are now looking into charges against Dunlap. PolitiFact needs a little fact-checking done on their fact-checking of a Nikki Haley statement. Self-identified socialist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez backed criminal activity in New York City on Saturday as she supported those who stormed a subway station and refused to pay the required fare to use the service. Ocasio-Cortez also falsely claimed that the United States’ criminal justice system was a “mass incarceration” system “that jails the poor to free the rich”, a claim that has no factual basis. Speaking at a Bloomberg News roundtable on Friday, Nancy Pelosi mocked the liberal ideas, like “Medicare for All,” that candidates like Sen. Lawmakers overwhelmingly passed the resolution titled, “Affirming the United States Record on the Armenian Genocide,” which officially recognized and condemned the genocide which resulted in the Ottoman Empire murdering 1.5 million Armenians from 1915 to 1923. Ilhan Omar voted “present” for this resolution. Omar did however recently proclaim her moral outrage about the fact that Walmart’s CEO earns a considerably larger income than those of Walmart cashiers. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey announced that the social media platform is stopping all political advertising on its platform, saying that the reach that politicians have on the platform should be earned and not bought.
