At the age of 42, Terry noticed that he was always tired, he weighed 212lbs on a 5 ft 9 ¾’’ frame (and it wasn’t muscle!) and his body seemed to hurt all the time, even when not exercising. He seemed to get the Flu every season, had chronic sinus infections and nasal allergies, and had trouble losing weight. At one point, because of how he felt, and along with online research he was doing, he honestly thought he might have Cancer. His doctors told him he simply needed to eat less and exercise more! After a brief yet somewhat confrontational interaction with one of his doctors (who also told him if he didn’t change his ways he was going to die!) and a Mountain climbing experience, he decided he had to make a change. But he wasn’t quite sure what that change needed to be.
