Carl David, author:  "Waking Dreams; The Subtle Reality" (Motivational Press, June 2015) My goal for each work is to enlighten people to things of which they may not be aware. I shared my art experience with my first book to level the playing field for consumers so they would not make costly mistakes and get hurt. In my 2nd book I showed the devastation the act of suicide has on a family and how we survived it. Hoping to raise awareness and to let those on that edge of desperation that they are not alone, they are loved and that there is help for them. As well, to help those who have walked my path to let them know that we do survive.

A freak accident in a German bathtub changed the way Ann Zuccardy perceived the world. With no protocol for rehab from the resulting brain injury, Ann resolved to make her own way.
