The devil isn't going to take your spiritual forward motion lying down. He's going to torment you and throw everything in your way, but our God is waiting, with a breakthrough, for us to reach for Him.

At the time of Jesus coming to the earth, religion was barren, dry, and burnt ground. The world said that life was impossible. Jesus said, "Stand back and watch what I can do."

Jesus did not intend for the church to be only on the defensive. We are to be like a lion protecting his pride, going out of our territory and roaring that this is our domain.

No matter what our background (pastor's kid, average joe, Drug addict), one truth remains: We Need God. This truth, once realized, poses a question to us: How bad do you want what you need?

Now is not the time to suffer through church services, ticking time until they end. Now is the time to muster every cell in our bodies to stand and worship God.

There is only one thing on this earth that can stop God from doing a work in our lives, and that thing is our own human spirit. WE are the ones that limit God.

Sometimes the most faith filled thing you can do is stand still and wait on the Lord. Wait, and trust that God will work things out.

John the Baptist, whom Jesus called "the greatest of prophets," could have claimed that title with pride. Instead, he laid it on Jesus. Saying he had his own mantle to carry, Jesus was the Messiah, not him.

The devils that walk this earth, purposing to torture and oppress, are forever searching for a dry home to live in. Pastor Brown expounds on the three ways these devils attack us and how we can prevent them from finding a home in us.

Today is your day, your day to be healed, your day to get your answers. Have faith in prayer, and the Lord will hear you from heaven. Don't let your surroundings discourage you, never give up seeking your promise from God.

A slave, by earthly definition, serves his master not with love, but with bitterness and contempt. Why then would our loving God, call us to be servants to Him? Because serving God is nothing like serving any other master.

Because we are caught between two worlds, human beings today can become Spiritually dead, meaning they are disconnected from God's Spirit, led instead by fleshly desires and appetites. In that, they're faith becomes flatlined.

As Christians, God wishes us to bear fruit and grow. However we cannot do either until we have first plowed up the fallow ground of our hearts in order to make it fertile and rich enough to grow the seeds of life God wishes to plant there.

Our God is power incarnate, He is infinitely great, and He has called us to step out into an incredible journey of greatness with Him. He's just waiting for us to take that first step into the unseen so He can blow our minds.

We have an eternal element to us as human beings. When we try and fill that element with temporal things, we feel even more empty and restless. Jesus has commissioned us with the highest calling of bringing souls to Him and to heaven, to be fishers of men.

Sometimes we can pray and pray and pray to be delivered from our situation, not knowing that that hard place, that impossibility, is exactly where God wants us, so that He can produce safety and peace from chaos and fear.
