    How do arbitrary boundaries affect lives? This is a story about struggles to cross those boundaries. Howard migrated from San Jose California to Trout Lake Washington, returned to California and came back to Washington. He has worked as a firefighter, carpenter, heavy equipment operator, and electrician. He will no doubt soon be exploring new boundaries.
