(Eli) thinks she’s drunk and tries to kick her out. She says that she’s praying to God. Eli is the father of two lousy priests. Hopnei and Phineas. Here’s what these two bad apples were doing. 1. They were stealing from the food offerings. 2. They were hanging around outside the temple and harassing the temple maids and seducing them and committing adultery. 3.
