Jerry then updates us on Jack Hughes’ return and Miami celebration, . We go around the NBA and play “Who’s Laugh Is That?” before discussing Pat Riley’s statue unveiling and his thoughts on casual attire. Finally, we look at the elite group of players with multiple statues.

Will Pete Alonso’s home runs be used against Mets fans? Darryl Strawberry’s says Alonso will regret leaving but they didn't want him back. We then discuss regional sports networks & streaming, and a debate over Al and Jerry being out due to the snow. Jerry has more reaction to US Hockey winning gold, Draymond Green’s response to Kendrick Perkins, and Shaq’s story about Bo Jackson breaking a bat over his knee. Finally, we look at Sidney Crosby’s gracious reaction to Canada’s loss and how leaders handle defeat.

Gio sees a lot of racing in the middle of the night on his way in. A caller wondered about Eileen Gu, and Boomer called her insufferable.

Jerry returns and starts with more reaction on the US winning gold in hockey. Draymond Green responded to Kendrick Perkins' insults. Shaq talked about Bo Jackson breaking a baseball bat over his knee, so (of course) Boomer thought Al should try that. Then Jerry and Boomer get into it so that's fun.

People might throw it in Mets fans faces when he hits a HR, but the team didn't want him anymore. We also get into all the streaming and regional networks for sports and the cost of it all.

Jerry's got clips of the "best ever" US men's hockey team on their return to the US. He also goes around the NBA, including the unveiling of the Pat Reilly statue and his take on NBA dress codes. Even some NFL & MLB news in there, too.

Even if the Jets draft someone this year, they need a veteran (or a couple of them) for the season.
