LifePoint Christian Church continues their series on Job. This week, Pastor Phil's message is filled with great ideas to create a groundwork on what you should do when you have a friend who is suffering.

In the second message in the LifePoint series on Job, Pastor Phil explores the impact of Job's suffering on his marriage. We see that not only in marriage but as Christians we do not need to suffer alone; suffering can either bring you closer or push you apart and your attitude is the key to your survival during suffering.

Pastor Phil takes us through the first several verses of Matthew 2, the story of the Herod, the Magi, and the baby Jesus. We see from this section of scripture that anyone who tries to advance the plans and purposes of God may fall under the attack of the evil one. However, God is willing and able to protect us as we serve him.

And because we are in that Light we can no longer act like someone who lives in the dark.

In Paul's third prayer in as many chapters, he prays a "progressive prayer" for the Ephesians and for all believers. His goal is that they be strengthened in spirit and to know how big and amazing the love of Christ is for all people.

Belong, LifePoint's latest teaching series, continues in Ephesians. Paul unveils God's mystery as he reveals that not only the Jews but all people are all God's heirs. We are not to lose heart because we know the Plan, the Privilege, and the Power God has for each and everyone one of us.
