AFQ S11E02: A Week of Heartbreaks and Spit Takes (Wk1 review & Wk2 Preview)
11/09/2025 Duración: 01h42minWeek one is in the books, and it was kicked off with the spit that was heard around the world. Jalen Carter got himself ejected before playing a snap, and it just got crazier from there. Dallas took Philly down to the wire, the Packers looked lethal taking out Superbowl hopefuls the Detroit Lions, and the Chargers took out the Chiefs in a comprehensive performance down in Brazil. The Ravens and Bills went down to the wire in a 41-40 shootout, Aaron Rodgers looked in classic form throwing 4TDs against his old team the Jets, we got rookie breakouts, QB breakdowns, Dolphins becoming an endangered species and so much more. There's a lot to fit in this week and that’s before we look at signings, trades, injuries and preview all of the week 2 matchups. All this and much more in your one-stop shop for news, views and overreactions to all things NFL, the All Four Quarters podcast!

AFQ S10E35
07/08/2025 Duración: 01h30minIt’s the NFC West preview and four gangs are battling it out for control of this turf. We’ve got multiple contenders, players moving in-division this offseason, returning heroes hoping to avoid injury and older vets hoping for one last bite at the apple. The 49ers are suffering from the injury bug already in their WR room but will hope with a long-term deal in place for Purdy, CMC returning from injury and Robert Salah back in town to handle their defence they can contend for the Lombardi this year. Will the fall off in their defensive talent hold them back? Will Purdy show himself worthy of his big contract? Will CMCs legs be able to hold up this year? A lot of potential, but a lot of pitfalls as well. The Cardinals have added a lot of defensive talent (Josh Sweat, Calais Campbell, Dalvin Tomlinson etc.) to maybe finally shore up that side of the ball, but an underwhelming rookie season from Marvin Harrisson Jr leaves question marks at the wide receiver position. Yes, Trey McBride is a stud TE, but will dept

AFQ S10E34: The Land of Saints and Sinners (NFC South Preview)
31/07/2025 Duración: 01h25minWhat can we say about the NFC South? The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, led by Baker Mayfield, have won this down on it’s luck grouping for the last 4 years straight. Their approach this year could be best summed up as, that worked before, lets try it again. Similar roster construction, gone is the OC Liam Coen, in is John Gizzard, but do they have the personnel and coaching to challenge for more than just a playoff berth? The Falcons are hoping everyone else finds their Pennix as impressive as they do, with him taking over from Kirk Cousins and a bunch of new rookies on the defensive side of the ball (now under DC Jeff Ulbrich) hoping to give them a spark that has been sorely missing, particularly when it comes to pass rushing. The Panthers seemed to find a spark late last season with Bryce Young starting to look like a potential franchise QB, they’ve gotten him a WR1 in Tet McMillan and are hoping to find some more bright points on offence with a slew of new faces. However, the defence which was the worst in the NFL

Dreaming of the Lombardi, Screaming for a 4,000 Yard QB (NFC North Preview)
24/07/2025 Duración: 01h07minThis week the AFQ boys ask one of their favourite questions of the divisional previews, who will be kings in the (NFC) North. A division full of history, full of lovable teams like the Detroit Lions, full of rivalries that feel real. The Lions are transitioning through a major change in the coordinator positions and the loss of Frank Ragnow at centre, but still have an immensity of talent and a head coach in Dan Campbell that most fans would kill their grandmothers for – can they keep the dream going one more season, and could the Lombardi trophy come closer into view this year? The Bears got their man in Ben Johnson; is he, combined with a total overhaul of the O-line, the answer to the Caleb Williams question? The Packers have got that Steelers reliability about them, but are they capable of being more than that in the LeFleur/Love era? And how will JJ McCarthy work in Minnesota – can the skill of Justin Jefferson and a scary-looking defense make up for the deficiencies of a QB in his rookie year? All this

The Cowboys Take Their Schott (NFC East Preview)
17/07/2025 Duración: 01h17minIt’s prime-time at All Four Quarters – the NFC East preview episode! The AFQ boys turn their eyes towards this most scrutinised of divisions, which might this year contain both the best and the worst team in the NFL. Can the talent-rich Eagles repeat, even with some losses on the defensive side? What does Year 2 of Jayden Daniels in Washington look like, and can the Commanders build on last year’s surprise run? Is Brian Schottenheimer really the answer to all the Cowboys’ problems? And how many games can the Giants possibly win with Russ/Jameis/a random rookie under centre? We also take a look at the latest news from the NFL in general: Shemar Stewart’s hold-out; Teddy Bridgewater’s punishment for being a good guy; Najee Harris’s July 4th antics; and some ambitious extensions from the new regime in the green half of East Rutherford. All this and more on your one-stop shop for news, views and overreactions on all things NFL, the All Four Quarters podcast!

S10E31: Betting on Experience (AFC West Preview)
10/07/2025 Duración: 01h06minAFC WEST PREVIEW This week we head out to the AFC West where experience is king as multiple future Hall of Fame coaches and high-level QBs duke it out for supremacy. Can another year of development help Bo Nix carry Denver from contender to elite with an excellent defense ready to assist? Has Harbaugh killed Chargering for good and given them the tough and rumble identity needed to conquer their division and allow Herbert bring them to the promised land? Will the Raider's gamble of re-uniting Pete Carroll and Geno Smith bring the fireworks to the Las Vegas and put the AFC on notice? Can the Chiefs bounce back from a humbling Super Bowl loss? Have they done enough this offseason to keep their crown another year? So make sure you are up to date with all latest news, views and overreactions to all things NFL with the All Four Quarters Podcast!

S10E30: Does Anyone Remember the Titans? (AFC South Preview)
03/07/2025 Duración: 01h12minAFC SOUTH PREVIEW We head down south as we preview a division which has too often failed to provide much highh level play. Can the Texans take on the AFC big guns by getting Stroud back on track after shuffling the deck at O-line and wide receiver? Will new head coach Liam Coen finally unlock the elite Trevor Lawrence promised when drafted #1? How will the Colts handle the Anthony Richardson debacle and can Steichen and co. survive a season of AR15/Danny Dimes QB play? Can the under the radar Titans finally steal some NFL spotlight with their underhyped #1 rookie QB Cam Ward? So make sure you are up to date with all the latest news, views and overreactions to all things NFL with the All Four Quarters Podcast!

AFQ S10E29: Being Mr. Rodger's Neighbour (AFC North Preview)
27/06/2025 Duración: 01h04minThis week we turn our attention to the AFC North, a tough-nosed hard hitting slobber knocker of a division. The Ravens have won the last two years, the Bengals the two years before that. The Steelers haven’t won the division since Big Ben was with the team in 2020 (And the browns have never won it!). Who could take it this year? The Bengals are struggling to sign their first round rookie Shemar Stewart, but have paid both Chase and Higgins, have Burrow, and are working to reach terms with Hendrickson. The defence has a new DC in Al Golden, but not a huge turnover of a sub-par roster so the offence will need to lead out if they are to be contenders this season. Can they avoid the slow start of other years that have often left them chasing their tails in the division race? The Ravens have Lamar Jackson and Derek Henry as the faces of an offence that sports good young receivers, some safe old hand like Andrews, and a solid offensive line. Their defence will need to keep up their consistent pass rush to get back

AFQ S10E28: Do You Bills-Eve In Magic (AFC East Preview)
20/06/2025 Duración: 01h18minThe offseason previews have finally arrived and we’re kicking off with the AFC East. This division has been the Bill’s for the last 5 years but is there any chance of that changing? They’ve locked up Josh Allen on an updated long-term deal, picked up the customary aged pash rusher and brought in rookies to bolster the defensive backfield. Their eyes are firmly on Superbowl or bust, but have they done enough? The Dolphins are bringing back a broadly similar group of players from recent years, Achane sits atop the running back chart, Hill has apparently found religion and their first round rookie might help solidify the defensive line. But has the speed kills offence been figured out, poor recent performances would point to it not being a runner for post-season football. Will it click this year or are we looking at the end of McDaniel’s tenure in Miami? The Jets are getting out from underneath an Aaron Rodgers shaped boulder slowly but surely. They got the new head coach – check, they got the new quarterback –

11/04/2025 Duración: 01h22minThe first wave of free agency is over and we have a better picture of where the teams all stand. Laremy Tunsil is ripping bong hits in Washington, Justin Fields is leading the Jets (for now) and Seattle won the Sam Darnold sweepstakes. The moving pieces this time of year can be hard to keep track of, for example Davante Adams is the new Cooper Kupp, Cooper Kupp is the new Tyler Lockett, and Tyler Lockett is currently still available as a free agent. AFQ S10E24: Fly Eagles Fly (Superbowl Review)
13/02/2025 Duración: 01h04minThe Eagles did not win the Superbowl, they dominated the Superbowl. AFQ S10E22: AFC vs NFC, but not the Superbowl? (Championship Review and Probowl Preview)
29/01/2025 Duración: 01h12minChampionship weekend is in the books, and we have our Superbowl 59 matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, but to get there they both had mountains to climb (even if one felt more like a gentle incline by the end). Jalen Hurts took off his knee brace and showed that the Philly attack is not just Saquon all the way (even if he did have three touchdowns) routing a Washington team that couldn’t get out of its own way, turning the ball over four times in a 23-55 one sided affair. The Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes continued their postseason streak of crushing the Bill’s dreams, as their defence stopped the Josh Allen led Bills in the dying minutes of the fourth quarter to secure their place in the Superbowl and keeping their dreams of a three-peat alive. The Bills fought admirably and looked to almost have the upper hand with three minutes on the clock and 3-point deficit with the ball in hand, but were unable to get the job done. After dissecting these games, we turn our attention to the

AFQ S10E20: Inner Excellence - How To Reach The Final Eight (Wildcard Review & Divisional Preview)
16/01/2025 Duración: 01h40minIn a week of one-sided games, we saw all but one of the lower seeds eliminated in the wildcard. Sam Darold saw his career resurgent season come crashing down around him against a fired up LA Rams defence. Washington put it on the shoulders of their Rookie QB and overcame a feisty Tampa Bay Buccaneers team. Philly coasted to a win over the lumbering Green Bay Packers, Josh Allen’s Bills destroyed the Broncos playoff dreams, Baltimore bullied Pittsburgh off the field with early 300 yards of rushing, and in an upset the Houston Texans found life (especially on defence) and intercepted Justin Herbert four times in their routing of the LA Chargers. Now we look to the best weekend of football, the Divisional Round! Kansas City and the Lions, fresh off their bye weeks return to the fray. We have the game of the year in the Ravens versus the Bills, two teams with a lot to prove in the playoffs. Can the Rams defence put the brakes on Hurts and company? Can Jayden Daniels and the commanders pull off another 4th quarter

S10E19: Scam Darnold? (Week 18 Review + Wildcard Preview)
09/01/2025 Duración: 01h32minWEEK 18 REVIEW + WILDCARD PREVIEW The regular season is over and that means the playoffs are here. We break down the Wildcard matchups and give our predictions of who will take one step closer to the Super Bowl. The end of the season also means the changes for the less successful teams as we break down the big changes at head coach and general manager in New England, Jacksonville and Tennessee. We also take one final look at the regular season with our Week 18 review as look at how the Lions secured the #1 seed by making Darnold see ghosts, how Bucs came back to secure the NFC South (and Mike Evans place in the record books), how the Bryce Young Panthers end on high with an OT shootout win vs the Penix Falcons, a ultimately futile grinding win for the Burrow's Bengals over the Steelers and Paradise Lost as Milton secures a win which costs the Patriots the #1 pick vs the Buffalo backups. Only 13 games left til the champion is crowned so make sure you are up to date with the latest news, views and overreac
