My name is Joey, and I am a Personal Trainer with 30+ years of experience. I record a weekly show, mostly solo, talking directly to you as your Diet Coach and Personal Trainer. Together we work on our diet, weight-loss and fitness goals as I attempt to amuse you with motivational and funny stories often based on my own life experiences. With humor and candor, I give you honest motivational information and a direct approach to helping you to improve your body and mind as you learn the basics of good health.
