Clemson hopes to get back on track against Wake Forest, Arkansas wants to silence Mississippi State's cowbells, and Oklahoma State has a trap game at TCU.  Week 12, a.k.a. Cupcake Weekend, also includes: Washington State at Colorado, USC at UCLA, and Ole Miss at Vanderbilt.

Wake Forest wants to preach the Louisville Cardinals right out of Papa John's Stadium.  Also this Week 11, Mississippi State meets U.S. Route 82 neighbor Alabama, Arkansas hosts Coach O, and USC's gladiators march north to Seattle to wrestle the No. 4 Washington Dawgs.

Election 2016 looms, but the bigger question is who will win this week's contest between LSU and Alabama?  Or will voters stuff the CFP ballot after Ohio State meets Nebraska at The Horseshoe.  Other races this Week 10 to follow: Georgia Tech at North Carolina, Texas at Texas Tech, and Air Force at Army.

Halloween Spook-tacular!  Clemson tries to stay unbeaten against ACC Atlantic rival Florida State.  Georgia and nemesis Florida tangle during the 9th week of college football in some kind of newly-named "shootout."  Also, unblemished Nebraska takes on Wisconsin, the Gus Bus rolls into The Grove, and Temple plays Cincinnati on the banks of the Delaware.

Week 8 of the college football season is highlighted by undefeateds Texas A&M and Alabama meeting in Tuscaloosa.  Colorado looks for another win against Stanford.  Also, Ole Miss faces former head coach Ed Orgeron on a Saturday night in Death Valley, N.C. State battles the Cards in The Ville, and Navy hosts Memphis in Annapolis.

Ohio State and Wisconsin tangle in Madison, while Tennessee and Alabama actually meet on the "Third Saturday in October."  Ole Miss looks for payback against Arkansas, undefeated West Virginia visits Texas Tech, and upstart Wake Forest skirmishes Florida State during this Week 7 of college football. 

Tennessee rides into Aggieland with the goal of continuing its Cinderella season. If Hurricane Matthew cooperates, Florida State will try and contain the Hurricanes of the University of Miami.  Also during the Week 6 weekend: Auburn meets Mississippi State, Indiana and Ohio State hang out at The Horseshoe, and resurgent Colorado visits USC.

Clemson and Louisville take center stage, and the winner of this Top 5 skirmish will emerge as the favorite in the ACC Atlantic. Florida's right back in Tennessee, but this time they're in the state capital to meet Vanderbilt.  Also this Week 5: The upstart Wisconsin Badgers visit Michigan, and Memphis looks to repeat as a winner over Mid-South rival Ole Miss.  

Washington's Huskies travel to Tucson to tangle with the Arizona Wildcats.  In the Lone Star State, Baylor hosts Oklahoma State – and Texas A&M rolls out the maroon carpet for a Top 20 shootout with Arkansas.  The fourth weekend of college football also features Pittsburgh at North Carolina, Wisconsin at Michigan State, and Georgia at Ole Miss.

Pittsburgh wants to shock the home crowd at Oklahoma State for a second straight week, while the Sooner State's other Big 12 representative hosts Ohio State.  In Oxford, the Rebels will be shooting for three straight against the No. 1 Crimson Tide.  In other Week 3 duels: Mississippi State visits LSU, Southern Cal is at Stanford, and Vanderbilt is in Atlanta to face Georgia Tech.

Virginia Tech and Tennessee meet at Bristol Motor Speedway for the largest-attended football game in history.  In SEC contests, Kentucky swims into The Swamp, while South Carolina visits 0-1 Mississippi State.  Plus, Tobacco Road hosts the Wake Forest-Duke gridiron rivalry.

North Carolina and Georgia tangle in the Georgia Dome during this opening weekend of college football.  Also, Florida State meets the Rebels, Alabama and USC duel in Arlington, Texas, Auburn welcomes Clemson to the Plains, and BYU battles Arizona in Phoenix.

Alabama, Clemson, Michigan State and Oklahoma are in the semifinal showdowns.  Which one of these monsters will emerge as the national champ for 2015?  On this final show of the year, General Gridiron gives you the big battle plan.   Plus, he picks the Ole Miss-Oklahoma State, Florida State-Houston, and North Carolina-Baylor bowl contests.

With 40 bowl games this year, the General is having to divide the fun into two week's worth of picks.  Part I is full of lackluster games, from the Foster Farms Bowl (Nebraska vs. UCLA), to Frank Beamer's farewell in the Camping World Independence Bowl (Tulsa vs. Virginia Tech).

Championships will be crowned across college football, from the Pac-12 to the ACC.   Can streaky North Carolina pull the upset against No. 1 Clemson?  Alabama seeks its 25th SEC title, while Air Force and San Diego State go to war for Mountain West glory.  And undefeated Iowa meets Michigan State in Indianapolis for the Big Ten title.

Rivalry Weekend.  Oklahoma invades Stillwater with Big 12 title and playoff implications possibly on the line.  The Iron Bowl should be a Crimson Tide blowout, Clemson aims to embarrass South Carolina, Ole Miss and Mississippi State reunite in the Egg Bowl, and Notre Dame needs a win at Stanford.  There's lots of excitement during this 13th week of college football.

Michigan State and Ohio State tangle in the Horseshoe on this twelfth weekend of college football greatness.  Resurgent Arkansas returns home to face SEC West foe Mississippi State.  Also, Georgia hosts Georgia Southern, LSU invades The Grove, and USC heads north to Oregon.

Oklahoma and Baylor try and stake their Big 12 claim in this Week 11 war in Waco.  North Carolina meets Miami in an ACC Coastal clash, while Mississippi State welcomes Alabama to Davis Wade Stadium.  The general also has some great rapid fire selections this week.

Clemson is No. 1 in the playoff rankings, and now must down Florida State to hold on to the top spot.   LSU and Alabama meet in Tuscaloosa for a Week 10 blockbuster, while once-beaten Navy sails to Memphis for a battle with the unblemished Tigers.  Plus, Big 12 bruisers TCU and Oklahoma State wrangle in Stillwater.
