So, here is the thing... About a year ago, I joined the SaaS game. I thought it would be easy... a good product, a free trial and you’ve got yourself a Million Dollar business. 10 months later, we had on-boarded only a handful of users. Getting the traction our product deserved took a lot more than a free trial strategy. We had to launch the proper way, we had to Re-Launch. So how do you launch a SaaS product in an expensive and competitive market, without funding, and still get the edge over your competition?
