Our experiences play a role in shaping us as individuals. In this episode, we discussed on the life cycle of bad habits and practical ways of overcoming them. As explained in James 1:15, the life cycle is in three part: Desire - Sin - Death.    No one ever just starts a bad habit, a lot of things have gone down to bring about that habit. It usually starts from a desire which could be both legitimate and illegitimate, then the enemy fuels that desire by the kind of things we feed our minds and eyes with and before we know what is happening; sin is given birth to. But the enemy does not stop there because his ultimate destination is that the sin becomes full-grown such that it brings forth death!  We hope this episode blesses you
