      The State Auditor's office has released a statement of discontent ever since his office has been flooded with bogus complaints about transgender people using the wrong bathrooms. The complaints are largely an act of defiance by activists, flooding the online complaint forms. In a statement, Dougall said his office has become unwilling "bathroom monitors." Bill sponsor Rep.       TikTok and its Chinese parent company ByteDance have filed a lawsuit against the federal government over its potential ban of the social media platform in the United States. In the lawsuit, TikTok and ByteDance claim the law signed by President Joe Biden last month that would force the company to sell the platform to a non-Chinese company in nine to 12 months or face a ban in the U.S. violates users’ First Amendment rights. Dave and Debbie speak with Mike Dobuski, ABC News Correspondent, who explains the details.

      During a Tuesday night press conference, Ryan Smith, owner of the Utah Jazz and now Utah’s National Hockey League team, revealed his plan to renovate the interior of the 33-year-old arena not long after officially acquiring the Arizona Coyotes last month. Smith's entertainment group painted a picture of how they imagine the "Delta Center District" will look, with walkable blocks throughout the area, connecting to City Creek Mall.       A Santaquin officer was struck and killed after allegedly being targeted while attempting to conduct a traffic stop. Dave and Debbie discuss the timeline of events, and what led up to the incident. After striking a UHP and Santaquin officer in a semitrailer, the driver led police on a 160+ mile chase, leading several residential areas to be placed under shelter in place orders. After crashing a stolen vehicle, suspect Michael Aaron Jayne was placed into custody.
