How much of your life is spent on autopilot versus actually living? And what does it mean to you to be 'present'? As part of my Five Year Plan, I've been playing with presence and in this episode I share some personal experiences, observations and invitations about being in the present, including a little tip that helped me get out of my monkey mind and into the moment. I also share some insights about being in the physical body (whether that feels entirely foreign, super comfy or somewhere in between) as well as some questions you can use to tune into how you feel in your body and being.
