Why is it important to be thankful-- Psalm 9. If you look back at this past year, you might have many up's and down's. You might feel exhausted as you wait for December to arrive...you might be tired from all the opression and hardships you have faced this year. So how do we find the strength to go on-- By being thankful people- It is important that we are intentional about giving thanks because it makes the good times even better. It helps to keep God and who he is and what he has done on our lips and it causes us to sing his praises- Because when we are thankful, we realise that God is in control and He is coming soon- All of this helps us to fight against grumbling and complaining when we can be worshiping instead.
