Micky discusses her struggle through hearing she was not good enough as a competitor and finally finding self-love. Elias talks about the difficulties of comparing ourselves to others, and Carly gets into the negative talk that can be instillment at a very early age. Follow along @trustandbelievepod on Instagram for all of the latest updates!Sources and Resources from today's show It is such a struggle to look in the mirror and see someone
