Happy New Year! Back in 2020, I made the commitment to fearlessly invest in my personal growth and development, and openly share what I learn along my journey with others. This year I will be using Wellness Wednesdays as a space to be transparent about my wellness journey and provide you with insights on exactly what I am doing to create generational wellness. Here's the framework of this show: 1. Mindful Moment - I will guide us through a breathing exercise to ground us and strengthen our mindfulness muscles 2.
